Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds & Returns (General Products)

Refunds may be accepted at the sole discretion of YINHE Table Tennis, provided the item is returned in new and unused condition.

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The item must be returned by the purchaser to YINHE Table Tennis

  • All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser

  • The item must be received and inspected by YINHE Table Tennis and deemed to be:

    • (a) Undamaged

    • (b) Unused

    • (c) In the same condition as originally shipped

Once approved, a refund or store credit may be issued.

Shoes & Apparel – Returns and Exchanges

All returns or exchanges for shoes and apparel must meet all of the following conditions:

  • (a) Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the item

  • (b) Items must be unworn, with all original tags attached and in original packaging

  • (c) Items must show no signs of wear, damage, or markings on the sole or any other area

A Shipping & Handling fee may be deducted from the original purchase price depending on the total order amount.

All return or exchange shipping costs are at the purchaser’s expense.

Tables & Robots – Surcharges and Cancellations

Please note:

  • All tables and robots purchased via credit/debit card and/or PayPal incur a surcharge

  • Cancellation fees may apply to all table and robot orders

Administration Fees on Refunds & Cancellations

All refunds for orders placed via PayPal and/or credit/debit card are subject to administration fees:

  • Credit/Debit Card: 1.8%

  • PayPal: 2.9%

Warranty

The manufacturer warrants products to the original retail purchaser to be free from defects in materials and workmanship.

Please note:

  • Warranty does not cover misuse or improper handling

  • Warranty does not renew if a defect occurs

  • Warranty applies only to manufacturer defects

Warranty periods are as follows:

  • Accessories: 30 days

  • Tables: Warranty varies by model (refer to individual table listings for details)
